Keri Meacham- Properties By Keri Since 2015, I've been helping buyers and sellers navigate one of life's biggest decisions with confidence. I guess I’m just one of the lucky ones!

Licensed in both Illinois and Indiana, I specialize in providing expert guidance, strong negotiation, and personalized service from start to finish. Few people are fortunate enough to find that perfect balance between their career and their personal passions. As a seven-year veteran of the real estate industry, I have represented buyer and seller clients all over the Chicagoland area, in more than 100 transactions. I have built an admirable reputation through my sense of integrity, my attention to detail, as well as dedication and commitment toward putting my clients, needs first. My local market expertise and network of industry peers and vendor contacts is second to none. These resources, combined with my natural ability to provide expert market analysis is an ever-changing market, allow me to stand out in an increasingly crowded and competitive industry. I joined d’aprile properties in 2019 because I know their trusted brand and industry reputation matched my own dedication toward client experience. As someone who believes in lifelong learning, I trusted that their unique and innovative coaching program would fulfill my desire to always remain one step ahead of the industry trends, and optimize my ability to adapt and innovate to the individual wants and needs of each of my esteemed clients.
