hematics and a minor in economics. Norsigian graduated from Washington University School of Law (J.D. 1988), Magna Cum Laude and earned Order of the Coif honors. He was also awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for the top grade in Criminal Law. Norsigian was an Associate Editor of the prestigious Washington University Law Quarterly, where his legal article, Note, Community Property and the Problem of Migration, 66 Wash. U.L.Q. 773 (1988), was published. Norsigian is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, the St. Clair County Bar Association, and the Missouri Bar Association.
