This is an in-person, full-time seat. You’ll run files in Clio, handle the phone, keep the calendar moving, and help with trust funding, probate, and Medicaid packets. We work with older clients and their families, so the person we want is organized, discreet, and comfortable on the phone.

Legal secretaries and legal assistants with real law-firm experience, please apply. Paralegals are welcome too if you want a client-facing office role. This is not a drafting-heavy paralegal job.
