This one means a little extra to me.

This isn’t just any client, this is a very good friend of mine, someone who’s been there for me through ups, downs, and everything in between. For months, we’d go back and forth, talking about what life could look like if he had a place to truly call his own, about what buying a home would mean for his future. Seeing him finally decide to take that leap and trust me to guide him through this process is something I’ll never forget.

Once we made the decision to start the search, it didn’t take long before we found THE ONE! The perfect home to start this next chapter of his life. The moment we walked through the door, it just clicked. We knew this was it.

We closed on my buyers FIRST home! I was super happy to be trusted by them as they were a family of 3, then I later got the news they were becoming a family of 4😱! I knew time was of the essence in this case, so getting them into a home as soon as possible was a must BUT, also finding and making sure we picked the right home was the path.

So happy for this loving family to have gotten into their perfect home, but also to have been given the privilege to be apart of their journey!
