Ì am sorry, but I don't believe that charging a defendant and his lawyers with a conspiracy to do something illegal and then making a deal with them to testify in return for staying out of jail should be considered "Due process" of law. By using this approach a prosecutor could ALWAYS obtain any information from the defendant to his attorney and vice versa.
