Apparently some of you don't know that if you are married and not separated, you CANNOT file HEAD OF HOUSEHOLD tax returns. I realize this gets you a bigger refunds, but you will get flagged for audit eventually.

They are calling it a correction. Which is what they called it last year. 91% of homes in Colorado Lost value. We are #1 once again.

I’ve been talking about this for a few years now. My millennial son is one of the many who feel they wil never own a home. I feel his opportunity is coming. The rate of filings continues to rise and its the “slow” season.

Buying a home is supposed to be a good investment, but in Denver, most of the homes have lost value in the past year, based on a new report.
