HOMEOWNER TESTIMONIAL:
On May 19th, 2015, three separate tornados ravaged Runaway Bay, TX. Unhappily my home was one of many that suffered major structural damage. After filing a claim with the insurance company I realized, rather quickly, that they were not going to do anything in my best interest. While buckling down for a hard fight a friend of mine told me I should hire a Public Adjuster and recommended Freedom PA Group. I really did not know what a Public Adjuster was, other than what the title suggests, so I listened to my friends’ explanation, as well as looked it up myself. Satisfied with my newfound knowledge, I made the call.
Unequivocally one of the best moves I have ever made. Initially contacting Mel Delaney, he explained to me in great detail, what they could and would do in regards to helping to push the insurance company to “do the right thing.” Mel and John immediately took over and began to work for me. Freedom PA Group took the complete burden upon themselves; I did not even have to deal with any insurance personnel, should I so desire. John and Mel were 100% “hands on” i.e., every meeting, every adjuster, every contractor, every forensic engineer, etc… After every scenario they sat down with me and explained all the how, why, when, and where’s of each and every report, recommendation, quote, offer, and counter offer.
All this being said, I’m uncertain that there is strong enough language for me to explain how outstanding these guys are. They accomplished more than I could have imagined and are working to do more as we speak. Mel and John are personable, honest, and diligent. Let me also make clear this is not just fluff. We were, for lack of a better term, “fighting” a major national insurance company who I felt held all the cards: they did not.
