We are seeking a Real Estate Paralegal / Legal Assistant with experience in real estate transactions who can take on files and run with them from start to finish. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can multitask effectively, and communicates professionally with clients and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage residential real estate files from open to close.
Communicate with clients, lenders & realtors.
Draft, review, and prepare real estate documents.
Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships.
Work collaboratively with other team members.

Qualifications:
Experience working in a real estate environment (required)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and client service abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fast learner who can adapt quickly to new systems
