MND today: "Another Big Improvement to Another 3 Week Low."
Per Mortgage News Daily (updated Oct 15): 30-year fixed 7.33% (-0.12). 15-year fixed 6.98% (-0.16). FHA 6.98% (-0.15). Jumbo 7.65% (+0.03). VA 7.00% (-0.15). 7/6 SOFR ARM 6.79% (-0.06).

MND MBS Commentary: "Exciting Times, But Don't Get Too Excited." Bonds rallied despite hot inflation data (Core PPI 0.7% vs 0.3% forecast), helped by an AI/tech pullback and value buying at high yields (UMBS 30YR 6.0 99.09, +0.49; 10-year 5.069%, -0.112).
