Happy closing day to our Seller! We are so proud of all our Seller did to get this home ready! It is not easy to prepare to sell a home you’ve lived in for 25 years and move across the country at the same time. Our goal was to make this move as easy and stress free as possible. We decided to do an estate sale before going on the market to allow the Seller to not have to worry about rushing to get her personal items sold before she moved out East. We closed on this charmer yesterday! A new family gets to enjoy the amazing pool for the rest of summer. The seller’s have loved this home for almost 40 years. This will be my 12th year playing and raising money for children’s cancer research at the Pine Tree Apple Tennis Classic. If you have not been to the tournament, I highly recommend you check it out. The tournament started yesterday with the finals of all three divisions being played on Sunday at the White Bear Lifetime Fitness. It is some great tennis to watch along with great food sponsored by Pine Tree Apple Orchard. My first match is 2 PM today. My goal this year is to raise $4,000 for children’s cancer research. Every year I am reminded how incredible this tournament is with the fundraising efforts by all the players. This year the tournament goal is to raise $430,0000 with with all proceeds benefiting targeted children's cancer research initiatives locally at Children's Minnesota and around the world!
