Spotlight On: Ryan and Juliana Wilson |

Co-Owners + Creative Directors of Edge Realty RI, as well as leaders of The Fraioli-Wilson Team, Ryan and Juliana Wilson have a lot on their plates. Get to know each of them a bit more!

Juliana Fraioli Wilson became a realtor when she was two years old, carried by her father, Vin Fraioli, as he showed homes. Her background in the arts and theater, and as a promoter and singer/songwriter, gives her an ease into the world of personal relations and business focus. She is a Pace University graduate, studied in Manhattan and has traveled extensively around Europe and South America. She now works alongside her husband, Ryan.

Ryan Wilson, a Southern RI native and graduate of URI, comes from a background in business, sports and the arts. For years, Ryan used his degrees in Economics and Business while he worked in Sales Management for the largest food and beverage company in the world, PepsiCo.

Together, Juliana and Ryan wrote and performed music before transitioning their teamwork into a successful real estate duo. Since they began working together, Juliana and Ryan have been at the leading end of Sales Production and pride themselves at being ahead of the pack in our industry in the use of the latest and best technology and sales tactics to make sure they get the job done the best way possible, every time. This is why they have experienced being one of Rhode Island Top Producers year over year with their knowledge, drive and a desire to serve their clients and lead them to a successful transaction.

Welcome to Fantasea Apartments in the West End of Roatan. We would like to introduce ourselves as Brenda and Michael, the new owners, woohoo! We are so excited to take over Fantasea Apartments and we look forward to moving to the island in September of this year. In the meantime, Krys and Martin will continue to manage the property and rentals until we arrive. We give a great big, warm welcome to all our guests and promise to continue the amazing hospitality and care that Krys and Martin have given throughout the years.
