Wrapping up the week with this closing in Manchester 🙌🏻

We went under contract on this initially with Buyers who were not able to perform when it came time to provide their mortgage commitment. We went back on the market and only a few days later we had an over-ask, all cash offer with Buyers (and their Agent) who were absolutely fantastic to work with.
