Third Preference EB-3 (Others). The applicant received 10 years of a permanent resident (Green Card). Spouse and children (under 21 yrs) have the benefit of obtaining to get a green card as well. Green card renews by yourself after 10 yrs or neutralized to U.S citizen if hold green card at least 5 yrs. EB-3 Green Card Processing time
12-36 months for F-1 /M-1 student visa or E-2 visa adjustment of status to a green card in the U.S. During the process, the applicant will receive the EAD after filing I-485/I-765. The USCIS Premium Process is available to make the I-140 USCIS process faster with the additional fee.
