It has been radio silence on our page, Wednesday has proved to be a successful day in court.

My client was released with minimal conditions after a dangerousness hearing.

What is a dangerousness hearing? It is when the Commonwealth requests a judge to hold a defendant without bail for up to 120 days. Ultimately, it will be up to the Judge whether or not you will await your pretrial hearing behind bars.

What does this mean? Admission to a state bar does not automatically entitle an individual to practice in federal courts, such as the United States district courts of the United States court of appeals. In general, an attorney is admitted to the bar of these federal courts upon payment of a fee and taking an oath of admission.
