We concentrate our practice in admiralty and maritime law including inland marine and ocean cargo disputes, railroad and transportation law, marine insurance defense, representing small businesses, contracts, and commercial litigation. Dave and I are looking forward to heading to New York this week for the Maritime Law Association's Annual Meeting. Marissa gets to talk about one of her current favorite subjects, Jones Act seaman arbitration agreements, with the Towing Committee, with a little help from Bill Neubrand (Dominion Maritime Adjusters) and fellow lawyer, Tom Canevari. Hope to see old friends, both lawyers and clients, and make some new ones (both as well! :))!
