J & W Orchard Small town, family owned apple orchard in Northern New York State J & W Orchard started as a small nursery in Norfolk, NY by the beloved Walter F. Shyne.

After over 40 years of dedication, the orchard has blossomed into a fully functional apple orchard with over 900 trees. The orchard has since been passed down to Walter's daughter and son-in-law, Angie and Fred Conger. In Loving Memory of Walter "Apple Man" Shyne
