Big news from our Raleigh office.
McCormick Law & Consulting recently helped close a $9 million physician practice sale involving a sophisticated structure that included an F reorganization, rollover equity, and an ongoing MSA. The transaction involved one physician owner but multiple stakeholders, requiring significant coordination to successfully bring the deal to closing.
John McCormick worked as co-counsel with another North Carolina law firm to help guide the transaction through complex legal and structural issues.
We are seeing more physicians evaluating partnership, sale, and investment opportunities. Having counsel that understands both the legal and business side of these decisions is critical.
