Great progress on RU² newest self storage development! This project is for Premier Storage group and is located in Westfield, IN. This will be a 90,000sf facility done in two phases. Phase 1 will have 68,000sf along with outdoor parking. Phase 2 will add a remaining 22,000sf. This will be a mix of Climate control and drive up units. There is even a number of climate control drive up RV units!

Premier Storage is partnering with StoreEase Virtual Management ® to provide an exceptional management experience unlike anything out there.

Completion to be end of 1st quarter 2024!

RU² is also in the beginning stages of another 90,000sf facility for Premier Storage in Fishers, IN and an expansion their existing Facility in Lafayette, IN from 40,000sf to 80,000sf.
