I will say it 1000 times - getting your house ready for the market is your marketing 👏🏼

Say it with me: Buyers don’t want to do updates for the same reason you as a seller don’t want to do the updates - time and money.

If you want your house to sell quickly for the most amount of money, it needs to be buyer ready.

I got fired up again last night after I saw a listing near me that I know needs new flooring and new paint and is currently below what I would consider the value for the neighborhood so here I am ranting to you all 😂

So I got lunch today, @ me 😂 BUT if I was there earlier for real brunch I would have gotten:

Neon Nectar juice + one of these:

🍳Fajita Bowl
🥞Blueberry Hotcakes
🥐Croissant French Toast
🌯Steak and Eggs Burrito

Or my fave creation where I try to mimic the Broadripple locations Sweet potato Hash
*Basic B with eggs scrambled, chicken sausage, add a side of Brussels & sweet potatoes

I love a restaurant with fresh ingredients and checks all the boxes!
