It is with tremendous gratitude (and some bittersweet emotion) that we announce a new chapter at MacPherson Law. After nearly fifteen years of serving hundreds of victims of injury and wrongful death, Attorney Ashleigh MacPherson will begin accepting only a limited number of cases from this point forward. This scaled practice will allow Ashleigh to further elevate the client experience by offering highly efficient and exclusively attorney-managed representation for a select few each year. Of course, her commitment to client satisfaction will endure. Through this transition, Ashleigh plans to carve out more time with her family and hopes to explore a number of other personal and professional interests.
Meanwhile, MacPherson Law’s long-time lead paralegal, Tracy Burks, has accepted an exciting opportunity with the estate planning firm, Ozarks Elder Law, who plans to relocate their Nixa branch to our office suites in the coming weeks. In addition to assisting with estate planning matters, Tracy will be the firm’s lead paralegal for the nursing home malpractice caseload. Loyal, sincere, dedicated, compassionate, enthusiastic and so very, very fun—Tracy has been all these things and more to MacPherson Law, and she will be greatly missed. However, we know that nothing but wonderful things lie ahead for her in her new endeavor.
With the closing of this chapter, MacPherson Law would like to express our most heartfelt appreciation for our many clients over the years. You entrusted us with life-altering situations and showed unwavering confidence in our abilities even when things seemed bleak. We witnessed many of you during the most devastating and trying times of your lives. Yet, through it all, you showed such fortitude and grace. You have taught us. You have inspired us. You have brought meaning and fulfilment to our lives in a way that cannot truly be expressed. For that, and more, we thank you.
