My buyers thought they were getting a beautiful backyard oasis… and they were right! Crystal-clear water, gorgeous landscaping, and… apparently a waterfront condo community for a family of beavers. 😂

A home inspection is great—but if a property has a pool, don’t skip the pool inspection. A qualified pool inspector can uncover issues with pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing, liners, safety equipment, and structural components that a general home inspection may not catch. Spending a few hundred dollars on a pool inspection could save you thousands after closing.
