HEALTHCARE EMPLOYERS: This just in. A federal court in Louisiana has issued a nationwide preliminary injunction on the CMS Mandatory Vaccine. Of course, this does not prohibit employers from opting for a mandatory policy, but they are no longer required to do so.

Hold on Employers! Over the weekend, the 5th Circuit Suspends Vaccine Mandate.... For Now...

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit has suspended the vaccine mandate while considering whether to issue a permanent injunction against it.
