We are thrilled to share our exciting news:

As of today, JT Kelly Team has rebranded to Kelly Antonucci Group.

After 10 years of working as an individual broker, JT started JT Kelly Team in 2020; since that time we have worked with many talented people. This past year, recognizing our complementary strengths, we have restructured to enable us to provide you with the best service possible. We will continue to work full time to help deliver knowledge and advice to build wealth through homeownership in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Throughout 2022, many of you saw first-hand how limited inventory, higher rates, and high home prices created an incredibly competitive market. In a challenging and often unpredictable market, we are grateful that so many of you trusted us with one of the biggest decisions of your lives. We helped almost 100 families, couples, roommates and individuals find new addresses.

Over the last year, we have also rapidly grown our property management division. We currently manage 60 properties (a mix of individual condos, single family homes, and multifamily buildings) throughout Greater Boston. Our average owner is someone who owns rental property and who doesn’t want to handle the day to day-to-day management of the home or tenants; or anything landlord related. We are looking to continue to aggressively expand this part of our business throughout 2024.

We appreciate all the referrals many of you so frequently send us and are thankful that the majority of our business is word of mouth and referral based.
