We are pleased to announce that as of July 1, Kyle Zimmermann is now an officer of the Newport News Bar Association, serving as President-elect. This begins a three-year commitment for him (President-elect -> President -> Immediate Past President). He will be President July 1, 2027.

Our firm has a long tradition of service with the Newport News Bar Association. Len Heath was President from 1997-98, Joe Verser was President from 2016-17, and Jordan Heath was President from 2024-25.

We are pleased to announce that on July 1, Jordan Heath completed his service on the Board of Directors of the Newport News Bar Association. Jordan served as President from 2024-25. During his term, the NNBA received the Bar Association of the Year Award from the Conference of Local and Specialty Bar Associations of the Virginia State Bar. Among other things, during Jordan’s tenure as President, the CNU Jazz 4 Justice Program, sponsored by the NNBA, raised a record-breaking $23,300, which was split between The Legal Aid Society of Eastern VA and the CNU Educational Foundation Jazz Ensemble.
