Employee Spotlight: Meet Desiree Smith!

We’re excited to introduce Desiree, a valued member of our team who has been making a positive impact behind the scenes for nearly three months!
Desiree works in verifications and subrogation, helping ensure medical bills and insurance claims are properly resolved for our clients. She enjoys the meaningful nature of her work and takes pride in helping others behind the scenes. As Desiree shares, “I really enjoy the relaxed, family environment here. Everyone is friendly, and I truly like what I do.”

Before joining our team, Desiree worked as an office manager for a small private medical practice, where she developed strong organizational and client service skills that she brings to her role today.

A Little More About Desiree:
She enjoys spending time with her family, reading, running, crafting, and cooking.
She and her family recently purchased 12 acres and loves being outdoors and surrounded by nature.
She enjoys traveling, especially to the mountains, with no particular destination in mind.
She was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio, and has called Hampton Roads home for the past 11 years.
