Recent article about one of our cases. Our client's son, Rico Robles, was unarmed and fatally shot in the back by Riverside Sheriff's Deputies then left for dead in the desert for two days. We are committed to getting our client answers and full justice.

This is not an elite unit. This is an example of why the “bad apple” argument fails. If the entire unit feels those officers did nothing wrong; then they are all bad. As the saying goes: One bad apple spoils the whole bunch.

A video showed the 75-year-old man was left bleeding from his ear after being pushed to the ground.

It has been a privilege to represent this brave young woman. It will be her courage that both stimulates changes in the Orange County Sheriff's Department and encourages other victims to come forward.
