$2.1 MILLION FEDERAL JURY VERDICT!!!

Last week, a federal jury returned a $2.1 million verdict in favor of our client, Mr. Ahmed Al Bakry of Refined Marques DMCC (www.refined-marques.com), on his breach of contract claim concerning a 2017 Bentley Mulsanne. The evidence showed a clear agreement, clear standards, and a clear failure to deliver. After hearing the testimony and reviewing the documents, the jury sent a message that resonates in every business dispute: when you take someone’s money and fail to perform as promised, there are consequences.
