After 44 years, The Schroeder family started putting things in place so they could retire and move to Arizona to be close to their newest grandchildren. They first made several trips to Arizona and found the perfect plot of land to build their ranch style home ideal for their retired years. They then contacted a broker to help get their automotive repair shop, which they had been running for 44 years, on the market. Lastly, they contacted me to get their home sold.

All the pieces came together almost too good to be true! Their business sold a couple months before we listed their home. Their home in Arizona isn’t quite ready yet, however, that was by design. They have a large motorhome that they planned on living in until their new home was ready.
