Andrews & Higgins founding partner, Anne Andrews, spoke with Anita Blanton of Fox 32 Chicago regarding the victims connected to the pilot involved in the fatal plane crash in Boone County, Illinois on February 14, 2026.
The pilot, Richard McClung, was a convicted s*x offender and was involved in multiple pending civil matters. Authorities are investigating allegations that the aircraft was intentionally flown into the residential neighborhood in Poplar Grove, resulting in his death.
