It is NOT an admission of guilt to ask for an attorney and get their advice before you say anything to police officers.

It is NOT an admission of guilt to consult with or hire an attorney to go with you to talk to the police at the station.

This is a fundamental right - one of the most important and best rights - and nothing about it can be held against you or factored into any decision law enforcement makes. It doesn't make you suspicious, it makes you smart.

Cops will tell you not to talk to cops! Don't talk to cops!

Winning these misdemeanor w**d cases anyway we can!

*I am seeing lawyers advise their clients to enter guilty pleas to 12 months probation, random drug tests and huge fines every single time I'm in State court - and using their Conditional Discharge or, much worse, First Offender. Don't agree for misdemeanor w**d. Come see me and let's fight it! You will spend far less money hiring me than you will in fines, fees, probation and drug test costs.
