April 14 Zoom SB 91 Landlord Assistance and Tenant Rent Deferral Moratorium

Here is a recent webinar I gave on April 14 discussing California's SB 91 that extends renter protections through June 30, including a discussion of rental assistance. I discussed briefly the rental assistance program in Fremont which at the time I heard was $7 million.

Last week at Planning Commission in discussing a safe parking initiative, City staff says Fremont has nearly doubled the amount available for renters unable to pay their rent in full to $14 million under its Keep Fremont Housed initiative!
