We won!! My client was misidentified by police in a photo lineup & accused of being the man that sold an undercover detective he**in. Fortunately, the officer wore a body camera and the jury agreed that the perpetrator in the video was NOT my client.

A young, black man in Newark was facing serious criminal allegations by the police. He insisted on his innocence. Nobody listened. This week, I opened and closed his trial with this proverb: "Speak up for those who cannot speak for themselves. Ensure justice for those being crushed."
Unanimous Verdict: NOT GUILTY.

Don't let your friends drive drunk! Did you know: they won't have the right to refuse a breathalyzer in NJ. If they refuse, they'll be arrested & lose their license for 7-12+ months. If they fail the test, they'll be arrested, BUT we can fight for them. Be safe!
