This is one of the rare occasion that the act of forgery can be considered ethical and acceptable! Peace be upon his soul!

Just did a little research on one man who aided the Jewish people during the second world war. He just recently passed away at the age of 97.
Adolfo Kaminsky, as just teenager, forged false IDs for Jewish people during the World War II to allow them to escape Germany, rather being sent to N**i run concentration camps. He once was asked to forge 1200 documents in three days for 1200 people, young and older. He was given 3 days to do this. Being a monumental task, he spent the next three days forging documents to the point of absolute exhaustion. He didn't rest once and told himself:
"Keep awake. The longer possible. The calculation is easy. In one hour, I make 30 false papsrs. If I sleep one hour, 30 people will die."
With that, Kaminsky did what he had to do and reached his goal. He ended up saving 14,000 people by the end of the war.
Rest in Peace, Mr. Kaminsky.

His talent for creating realistic documents helped children, their parents and others escape deportation to concentration camps, and in many cases to flee N**i-occupied territory.
