Congratulations to our clients and DL Partners Commercial Real Estate practice Partner Jonharold A. Cicero, Esq. who recently guided a family office in the successful coordination and negotiation of a portfolio loan, secured by a large portion of their real estate holdings, primarily in Manhattan, in order to restructure their debt and facilitate the completion of additional projects.
Mr. Cicero led the clients through a review of their holdings and existing debt positions and made introductions to the right third parties to facilitate a better debt arrangement. Thereafter, he was able to negotiate the terms and final loan documents with a new lender, and successfully close the transaction in a matter of weeks.
