THANK YOU, , for naming Giannuzzi Lewendon as a Finalist for Best Breakthrough Supplier! We’re so honored to be considered and look forward to an amazing event in LA in October!

Although we’ve had the privilege of representing several trailblazing beauty brands over the years, it wasn’t until late 2022 that we truly began immersing ourselves in the beauty ecosystem: attending beauty-focused trade shows, hosting networking events, and getting to know all of the investors, service providers and other difference-makers.

The result? We’ve on-boarded more beauty and personal care brands in the past 15 months than in the past 15 years combined. Now more than ever, beauty and personal care founders are entrusting us to help them structure, grow, scale and sell their businesses.

We’ve always been able to do the legal work.

Now? We’re equipped to do so much more.

We’re able to be the first phone call our beauty founders make for almost anything (just as we’ve always been for our food and beverage founders). For any question or issue, we either know the answer or solution, or we know who they should talk to, and we can make that connection.

The best part? We’re having so much fun.

We’re meeting so many amazing people. We’re teaming up with so many disruptive brands. We’re working on so many exciting transactions. The beauty community is so collaborative and special, and we’re so lucky to be a part of it!
