You will be given my systems for free, no money down, to start and learn the business. You will be in charge of making calls, booking appointments in our area, and placing properties under contract from our callers. This may also include calling cash buyers as well. For every property closed by you a 20$ bonus will be paid to you along with a 25% commission from the deal closed. If you close in on 3 deals that week, your bonus will be 100$ instead of 20$ for the 3 deals close if you choose to get your bonus weekly including the 75% total for the deals closed for your commission. Payments can be negotiated upon hire and will be based off the companies discretion. We at Roberson Home Investments take our properties and clients very serious and our law in all states. Eventually I will need Project Managers which is the promotion where you will be making 40% instead and bonus will turn into hourly pay on a part time position.
