Busy Plaintiff's Personal Injury law firm. We are expanding our operations and are seeking experienced litigation paralegals to join our growing team.

Responsibilities:

Drafting all pleadings including summons and complaints and BPs
Drafting motions, discovery demands and responding to discovery demands
Preparing and filing RJIs, Notes of Issue, Notice of Entry and Stipulations
Obtaining lien information from medical providers, Workers Compensation and Medicaid/Medicare
Must be able to E-file/ECF
Requesting, reviewing, and summarizing relevant medical records
