After years of outstanding performance, Firm eliminated Lawyer's position. Firm maintained: 1) Client was part of a structural reorg; 2) termination had nothing to do with Client's age; 3) Client was old when they were hired. McBrayer Law said: not this old. One letter, 4 months, and one mediation later, Firm paid Client 6.25 times more, and Client felt a bit younger. At McBrayer Law, we're the law firm lawyers hire.

In 2025, McBrayer Law won millions of dollars for victims of sexual harassment/sexual assault; gender, age, and race discrimination; and whistleblower retaliation. In so doing, McBrayer Law had a senior executive ousted for sexual harassment; settled one executive's gender discrimination case for $150,000 after her original attorney got a $0 offer and quit; settled another employee's race/age discrimination case for $400,000 after their original attorneys got a $0 offer and quit; held an employer responsible for its executive's sexual harassment of a colleague; held a multi-billion dollar company responsible for corporate malfeasance; and was named a NYC Super Lawyer for the 7th year in a row.
