We are proud to announce that the NY Appellate Court for Manhattan recently overturned and vacated a $200 million judgment entered against our client for alleged defamatory statements. The court then denied their motion to reconsider and for leave to the Court of Appeals- the highest court in NY.

Manhattan Commercial Landlord-Tenant Part. Today we filed a motion to dismiss a tenant’s jury demand in this summary proceeding. Jury waiver clauses in commercial leases are common place. Be sure the waiver provision is not buried in the fine print. Best practice is to add the provision to your Rider.
