Our Story

We fight for the rights of people who have been treated unfairly at work, have suffered serious injuries, or want to blow the whistle on corporate fraud.

John Howley, the founder of our firm, has more than 30 years of experience. His significant cases include a $2.8 million judgment for injuries suffered during a bar fight, an $80 million race discrimination class action settlement against Sodexho Marriott, a human trafficking victory on behalf of more than 20o nurses from the Philippines, and a labor arbitration that awarded New York City police officers higher raises than firefighters for the first time in 100 years.

Equally important are the hundreds of cases that did not create headlines, but that resulted in justice and significant financial awards for our individual clients.

John has received the Medal for Excellence in Advocacy from the American College of Trial Lawyers, the Thurgood Marshall Award from the New York City Bar Association, and the Gideon Champion of Justice Award from the NYS Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He has also been named one of New York City's SuperLawyers.
