Losing a parent is hard enough. Trying to help settle an estate while grieving is something else entirely.
After my dad passed away without a will, my family had to deal with court timelines, administrative delays, and difficult decisions during one of the hardest times in our lives. That experience stayed with me, and it changed the way I think about planning for business owners.
