UPDATE!!! This BIG guy is named Mr. Cuddles & he is home, safe and sound! Thanks to all the people that helped me to pinpoint his proper place. This story goes up there with the one about tracking down a guy I met on an airplane long ago but this has a better ending!!

I found this cat today. It was at the intersection of North Henry & Herbert Streets in 11222. It doesn't have street smarts as it almost got hit by a car & ran into my building voluntarily. It doesn't look like it's been outside too long, it's plump but it is getting dirty and crusty on the nose & eyes. Doesn't to want to leave the building, definitely someones pet.

***UPDATE*** REUNITED!! this pet is home safe & sound after 3 days, 9 hours :)

I'm really glad to see this- it's a start to fixing what's wrong with the USPS - to me, it's the low accountability, & bad / entitled attitude of the staff. The problem is definitely system-wide but seems particularly bad in 11222.
