Yoreevo is a licensed real estate brokerage providing the same services as any other so how are we able to do the same job for one-third the price? Simple:

1) We think 3% commissions are way too high: most products and services tend to get better and/or cheaper over time but real estate commissions and services haven’t changed. With incredible improvements in information availability and NYC’s hi

gh real estate prices, we think 3% is excessive and unnecessary.

2) Our costs are lower: you probably like fancy offices and glossy pamphlets as much as we do but we’re betting you like a 2% rebate more. By focusing on running lean, we can rebate 2% of our commission to you and remain profitable.

3) We focus on transactions, not marketing: we’re hoping our differentiated 2% rebate will drive buyers to Yoreevo and allow us to spend more time with clients and less time finding them.

Contracts are up 3% from last year, showing steady buyer demand this spring.

Inventory is down 7% from last year but has been slowly improving.

Mortgage rates remain stable, with 30-year fixed rates in the low-to-mid 6% range.

• Inventory: Down double digits - 10% - versus last year
• Mortgage Rates: The rapid rise in oil prices drove up inflation expectations and therefore all interest rates, including mortgage rates.
