A Message To Our Clients
The world around us changes. We cannot prevent this, but we can make sure that we are prepared for whatever comes. This applies if the challenge is a complicated legal issue or a worldwide pandemic. At Fasulo Braverman & Di Maggio, we take change seriously by making sure that we think creatively, plan with an eye to the horizon, and prepare rigorously for any and all challenges that lie ahead.
As the Coronavirus continues to expand its footprint in our lives, FB&D is implementing the contingency plan that it created and put in place after Super Storm Sandy in 2012, and honed and improved each time it was tested since then.
FB&D remains fully operational and will continue to serve our clients. We will attend every court date, prepare for each hearing and trial, and do the research and strategizing necessary to advance our clients’ interests. We are available to answer all our clients’ questions and provide the regular consultations that calm anxious minds and give guidance when needed.
Because our office is located in New York City, with more than 10 million people every working day, we are aware of the risk of exposing our staff and our clients to COVID-19. Therefore, for the foreseeable future, we are going to begin real-time cloud-based operations. During this time, our offices will be thoroughly cleaned and disinfected. All attorneys and staff will have access all the time to all our clients’ documents and papers and to each other through telephone, email, video-conferencing, and document sharing technologies. Whenever it is necessary to make a personal connection, we will meet with clients in person.
The Coronavirus is disrupting businesses and families throughout New York City and the world, from the cancellations of gatherings and sporting events, to limitations on litigation, to the shuttering of transportation and schools, to the impact on the health of those infected by the virus. By using the latest technology, and remaining connected to our clients, FB&D can maintain the highest levels of legal services while protecting the health of our staff, clients, and our community. We remain ready to help everyone in our community to the best of our abilities.
Thank you. Good luck and good health to us all.
