Arthur has been a legal analyst on Fox News since 2005, appearing on every program on the network. Arthur also appears on WABC Radio frequently as a guest on the Imus in the Morning & The Sid and Bernie shows. Arthur also is guest host for the Joe Piscopo and the John Gambling shows on Am970 The Answer. In addition to a thriving criminal and civil law practice, Arthur often guest lectures at law schools, including Harvard Law School where he had been side by side with Professor Alan Dershowitz. Arthur also delivers educational lectures based on decisions from his friend and mentor the late Justice Antonin Scalia. Arthur resides in New York City with his wife Marianne Bertuna, his legal partner and an accomplished attorney in her own right, their infant daughter Ariana, 5-year old son Arthur Aidala III, and 15-year old son Luca. In his spare time, you can find Arthur in the kitchen or at a Yankees game.
