After more than twenty years of practice before the Courts of the State of New York I have opened my own firm offering experienced trial counsel available throughout the downstate New York region. I have tried cases in all aspects of tort ranging from automobile accidents, premises liability, New York State Labor Law, and medical malpractice.

Apparently with four trials completed since the lockdowns began and another jury picked for a case set to begin on January 4 I am, as I was told during the interview', "atop the leader board in COVID trials" in New York.
