We represent individuals and businesses in all aspects of US immigration law, including asylum; deportation defense; waivers of deportation; adjustment of status; naturalization; family and employment based petitions and visas; bond hearings; detained criminal and non-criminal alien removal cases before all immigration courts nationwide and, on appeal to the Board of Immigration Appeals “BIA”. so, we assist clients in filing motions to reopen or reconsider final orders of removal or exclusion before US immigration courts and the BIA. Further, we represent our clients on habeas corpus proceedings, mandamus and other equitable actions, as well as requests for declaratory judgments; TROs and injunctions in federal courts and petitions for review of final removal orders in federal courts of appeals. Additionally, we consult with and advise aliens and their criminal defense attorneys to structure favorable pleas and criminal dispositions that will minimize or eliminate adverse immigration consequences of criminal convictions. We also advise and represent companies and businesses on I-9 audits and compliance training. We also represent companies on issues relating to export controls and licensing as well as in international trade matters and arbitration at the United States Court of International Trade.
