What’s in a name!?!?

We all know Papa John’s Pizza was CANCELLED earlier this year, after the tasteless comments of the founder. Now it looks like the business is rebranding with a new trademark filing for PAPA JOHNS. Are you buying?

Another new trademark and rebranding effort is taking place over at Dunkin Donuts - as they rebrand as DUNKIN’.

At first glance, the FTC guidelines can be intimidating. Federal penalties and filters don’t exactly go hand-in-hand, but as an Influencer you have to be aware of the rules so you can protect your brand partner and your personal brand.
