Just closed another sale for Gama Team today in Brooklyn, NY!

Where does this story start? About 2+ years ago, a client came to me as a referral from her sister, asking for real estate advice about her property in PA and, separately, a purchase in NYC. I gave her guidance to the best of my abilities: I broke down the numbers, strategies, and types of loan programs available, advised her on credit, and gave her a financial structure to help her prepare. After going through all the numbers and looking at the market, we came to the conclusion that she wasn’t ready just yet. We need a bit more time.
