If you need an Employment Authorization Document (EAD) to work in the USA 🇺🇸 , this one’s for you! Renewals are take sooo long to be approved right now that there is an automatic extension in place. You must have already had your EAD and applied to renew it before the expiration date to qualify! Contact us to see if you do!
Oh…and you can apply 6 months before your current document expires, so don’t delay!

If you received a request for evidence, it means that your case can’t be approved as it is. Don’t panic! Talk to your lawyer to see what you can do to fix it, and if you don’t have a lawyer, it’s a great time to get one!
